Day 5

Breakfast 
2 bagels with lite cream cheese
laxatives
coffee
monster 200 calories 
total: 680 calories = 1 hour at gym

reading about fasting. thinking about praying ang going on a water fast. my bfs dad is a priest for a baptist church so maybe i can talk with him (im catholic)
drink tons of water !!!
use fruits and veggies n blender and juicer to aid in detox before fast. no cigs coffee or gum.

Greek Omelet - includes feta cheese tomatoes mushrooms and spinach
Black Coffee
Coffee With Ameretto, Baily's, Frangelico and whipped cream 
Bagel with Cream Cheese
total calories: 1,052

plan of action: going to gym to work out -600 calories
started to quit smoking which is hard to put a stop to eating and gain control. i have always used cigs to curb cravings so i need to find an outlet like gum water and coffee.
